Donna Hay served up a tasty bruschetta with roasted garlic, burrata and bruised basil on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients for the roast garlic are: 6 large garlic bulbs, extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle and sea salt flakes.
For the bruschetta: 8 thick slices sourdough bread, extra virgin olive oil, for brushing, 4 burrata and 4 tomatoes, sliced, to serve.
For the bruised basil: 80ml extra virgin olive oil, 20g fresh basil leaves and ¼ tsp sea salt flakes.
