Monica Galetti served up a tasty open smoked salmon omelette and sourdough toast on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 large eggs, 60g unsalted butter, 4 hot-smoked salami slices and 100g Cheddar cheese, grated.
For the Quick Bechamel: 450 ml milk, 50g unsalted butter, 50g plain flour and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
Toasted Sourdough bread, to serve.
