Tim Bilton served up a tasty slow cooked lamb stew with pearl barley, carrots and onions on Harvest On The Farm.
The ingredients are: 1kg neck of lamb or scrag end/ lamp chops, 120g pearl barley, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, carrots peeled and chopped, onions peeled and chopped, lamb stock or water, salt and pepper.
