Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty revival turmeric seafood broth with Scotch bonnet chilli, spinach and courgette on Nadiya’s Simple Spices.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp shrimp paste, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 1 ltr water, 6 cloves garlic, grated, 4 tbsp fish sauce, 1 Scotch bonnet chilli, 1 onion, thinly sliced, 3 lime leaves, thinly sliced, 80g fresh baby spinach, 1 courgette, thinly sliced, 150g mangetout, halved, 25g dill, finely chopped and 300g raw prawns.
