Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty paneer cheese and chilli loaf with crispy fried onions on Nadiya’s Simple Spices.
The ingredients are: 500g strong white bread flour, 2 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp ground cumin, 7g fast-action yeast, 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil, plus extra for greasing, 200g paneer, grated and 100g crispy fried onions, pre-made or bought.
For the glaze: 1 egg yolk, ½ tsp ground turmeric and 1 tbsp full-fat milk.
