James Martin satay sauce with BBQ fish and meats recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty satay sauce with BBQ fish (tiger prawns) and meats (chicken and beef skewers) on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 400g tiger prawns, 250g sirloin steak, cut into 4 cm cubes, 4 chicken breasts, cubed, 1 tbsp veg oil and Salt.

For the sauce: 200ml coconut milk, 6 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp Jimmy’s Sate Sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce and 100ml water.

To serve: ½ a red onion, Coriander, Mint, Chopped chillies and Sliced fresh coconut, shaved.
