Shivi Ramoutar nearly-numbing noodles with smashed cucumber salad recipe on Oti Mabuse’s Breakfast Show

Shivi Ramoutar served up tasty nearly-numbing noodles with smashed cucumber salad on Oti Mabuse’s Breakfast Show.

The ingredients: 250g packed of mushrooms(you can use less), torn, 2 pak choi, leaves separated (or a small bag of spinach), 300g cooked rice noodles(vegan).

For the sauce: 2 tbsp sesame oil (or vegetable oil), 3 spring onions, snipped, 3 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 heaped tbsp ginger puree, 2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns, ground into a coarse powder, 3 heaped tbsp peanut butter, 3 heaped tbsp Chinese-style chilli oil and 1/2 veg(or chicken) stocked cube, well crumbled.
