Phil Vickery served up tasty sweet and sticky salmon with maple syrup, miso, satay greens and sticky rice on this morning.
The ingredients for the salmon are: 150ml soy sauce, 75ml red wine vinegar, 200ml mirin, 2 tbsp miso paste, 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 2-3 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tsp finely chopped garlic, 4 spring onions finely chopped and 4x 150g middle salmon fillet, skin-on.
For the pak choi and peas: 150g fresh runner or green beans, sliced on a long angle, 2 x pak choi, cut each into 6 long wedges, 150g frozen peas and 75g baby spinach leaves.
To serve: 4 bowls of cooked sticky rice.
