James Martin served up a tasty surf and turf with braised Sirloin steak, chilli prawns and caramelised onion on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the steak: 1kg sirloin beef, sliced into 4, 1 tbsp veg oil, Salt and pepper and ¼ of an Oxo cube.
For the prawns: 100g plain flour, 100g panko bread crumbs, 50g desiccated coconut, 2 eggs, 12 shelled prawns, 1 red chilli, sliced, Few sprigs of mint and coriander, chopped, 2 tbsp chilli crack and Few slices of fresh coconut.
For the onions: 2 medium onions and Beer to cover.
To serve: Few sprigs of watercress.
