Rick Marlow served up a tasty sourdough tin loaf on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients for the starter are: 500g wholemeal flour and 250g white flour.
For the sourdough: 247g water (28–32 degrees Celsius), 125g starter (from above), 286g strong white flour, 95g strong wholemeal flour and 10g fine salt.
