Ruby Bhogal Apple and Blackberry Crumble recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunched

Ruby Bhogal served up a delicious Apple and Blackberry Crumble on Steph’s Packed Lunched.

The ingredients are: 750g Bramley Apples, peeled, cored & sliced, 350g Blackberries, 70g Caster Sugar and 1 Cinnamon Stick or 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder.

For the crumble mix: 180g Unsalted Butter, 150g Plain Flour, 150g Caster Sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract and 100g Flaked Almonds, optional.

To serve: 1 x 400g Custard, tinned, ¼ tsp Almond Extract, optional and 75 ml Milk, optional.
