John Whaite served up a tasty corned beef hash with beans and fried egg on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 400g tinned new potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 celery stick, 1 onion, 30g unsalted butter, 1 tin corned beef, in 2cm diced, Chives (or parsley), roughly chopped, 2tbsp Worcester sauce and Handful of fresh breadcrumbs.
To serve: Fried eggs, Baked beans, Brown sauce, Salt and pepper.
