Hasan Semay (Big Has) served up tasty BBQ squid with watermelon salad and halloumi cheese on Saturday Kitchen.
the ingredients for the watermelon salad are: 1kg watermelon, 30g fresh red chilli, sliced, 230g cherry tomatoes, cut in half, 10g fresh coriander leaves, 13g fresh mint leaves, 2 limes, zest and juice, 3 tbsp olive oil and 250g halloumi.
For the squid: 4 tubes of squid (including tentacles), 2 garlic cloves, 25ml olive oil, 1 red chilli and 1 tsp fennel seeds.
For the dressing: 15g fresh mint, chopped, 20g fresh flatleaf parsley, chopped, 20g fresh basil, chopped, 2 limes, juice only, 2 anchovy fillets, 30g pistachio, chopped and olive oil.
