The ingredients are: 1x green Courgette, 1x yellow courgette, 1x courgette flowers, 100g x Dorset ricotta, 1x lemon, 100g x hazel nuts, Extra virgin olive oil, 6x slices or tempus king peter ham, Parsley, Mint, Baby capers, Maple vinegar, salt and pepper.
