Jason Atherton served up delicious stuffed pistachio cookies Jason Atherton Dubai Dishes.
The ingredients are: 250g butter, 170g brown sugar, 170g white sugar, 3 large eggs, 350 g flour, sifted, 50g coco powder, 1tsp salt, 1tsp baking powder, 50g milk chocolate, chopped, 10g chocolate praline and 10g pistachio paste.
To finish: cocoa nibs and chopped pistachios.
