Sally Bee cooks easy to make salmon parcel with cherry tomatoes on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 1 salmon fillet, 10 cherry tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp dried oregano, 10 French green beans and Black Pepper.
To prepare the dish, take a large, thick foil sheet and double over to strengthen.
Make into a parcel shape using your fist as a mould.
Place the salmon fillet and all the other ingredients in a little pile in the middle
Add the honey and soy sauce last of all.
Seal the parcel up, ensuring there is a little steaming room inside. (This can be stored in the fridge as a ready meal and popped into an oven preheated to 180C and cooked for 25-30 minutes).
Serve with brown pasta, rice or bread.
