Zena Kamgaing served up a tasty and smoky summer salmon with nut butter sauce on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 1kg side of salmon, skin on, Olive oil for drizzling, 100g salted butter, 4 large garlic cloves, minced, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped and 2 lemons, cut into wedges, for serving.
