John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious burnt Basque cheesecake with caramel sauce on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredient are: 1kg cream cheese , 7 eggs , 400g caster sugar , 2 tbsp plain flour , 200ml double cream and 2 -3 tsp vanilla paste.
For the Caramel Sauce : 250g caster sugar , 1 tbsp water, 50g butter and 120ml double cream.
