Marcus Bean teriyaki chicken skewers with coriander, lime and spring onion recipe

Marcus Bean served up tasty teriyaki chicken skewers with coriander, lime and spring onion on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 250ml Japanese soy sauce, 100ml chicken stock, 125ml sake, 125ml mirin, 50g dark brown sugar and 8 chicken thighs, bones and skin removed, cut into 2cm cubes.

For the Lime Coriander and Spring Onion Rice: 240g Jasmine rice, 440ml water, cold, Zest of 1 lime, 2-3 tbsp freshly chopped coriander and 2 spring onions, green tops finely sliced.
