Zena’s Tomato and Strawberry Bruschetta recipe on Lorraine

Zena kamgaing served up tasty Tomato and Strawberry Bruschetta with Garlic and Basil for summer on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 300g ripe, full-flavoured tomatoes, 300g strawberries, tops removed, 2-3 tbsp good-quality extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 ciabatta loaf, 1 garlic clove and 100g fresh basil leaves.
