Tim Lovejoy served up a delicious pistachio and strawberry celebration cake using a recipe by Georgina Hayden on Sunday Morning.
The ingredients are: 100g shelled pistachios, plus extra to serve, 225g sugar, 200g self-raising flour, ⅓ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda, 4 large eggs, 1 teaspoon pistachio extract (optional), 225g unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons milk, 200g strawberries, 200ml double cream, 150g Greek yoghurt and 1-2 tablespoons rose water.
