Shivi Ramoutar served up a tasty laksa with peanut butter and egg noodles on Oti Mabuse’s Breakfast Show.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp sesame oil(or use olive or veg oil), 2-3 heaped tbsp Thai red curry paste, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 spring onions, finely snipped, 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter, 1 mug of fresh or frozen prawns(defrosted), 400ml tin of coconut milk, 1 vegetable stock cube, crumbled, juice of 2 limes, 2 jarred peppers, torn into slivers, 4 nests of egg noodles, lime wedges, fresh coriander and red chillies.
