Galton Blackiston served up a tasty Crab Tart with lightly Dressed Salad Leaves, Asparagus and New Potatoes recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the custard are: 3 eggs, plus 2 egg yolks, 425ml whipping cream and Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.
For the crab filling: 3 dressed crabs or 450g white crab meat, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 bunches of spring onions, finely sliced, 40g freshly grated Parmesan cheese, Salt and pepper.
To serve: Lightly dressed salad leaves and new potatoes, to serve (optional) and Asparagus to serve.
