Miguel Barclay served up a spicy king prawn orzo on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ onion, peeled and diced, 1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced, 1 red chilli, seeded and sliced, 200g tomato passata or ½ tin of chopped tomatoes, Handful of orzo and Handful of frozen king prawns.
To serve: Handful chopped parsley or chives (optional).
