James Martin served up a tasty summer vegetable tart with pea puree on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 pre-made pastry cases, filo fried, 200g goat cheese rounds and 150g mascarpone.
For the Pea Puree: 500g frozen peas, 50g butter, salt and pepper.
For the vegetables: 100g broad beans, 100g fresh peas, 2 spring onions, sliced, ½ clove garlic, Few chives, chopped, 25g butter , Peas shoots and flowers to garnish.
