Georgina Hayden served up a tasty roast Jersey Royal aloo chaat on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 750g jersey royals, large ones halved, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 250g Greek yoghurt, 2 teaspoons chaat masala spice mix, plus a little extra to taste, 1 lemon, 1 x 25g bunch of coriander, leaves picked, 1 green chilli, seeds removed, 1 tablespoon caster sugar, 2 tablespoons tamarind paste, ½ teaspoon mild chilli powder, 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas, drained, ½ red onion, peeled and finely chopped and half a pomegranate, seeds picked.
