James Martin served up a delicious Swiss roll with whipped cream and summer berries on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 medium eggs, 160g caster sugar and 160g plain flour.
To decorate: 300ml whipped double cream, 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste, 400g raspberries, blitzed, 1 tbsp caster sugar, Raspberries, Strawberries, Redcurrants, Blackberries, Blueberries and mint.
