John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty creamy carbonara lasagne on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 300g smoked pancetta, diced into small pieces , 2 large shallots, finely chopped , 30g butter, 2 cloves of garlic, grated , 2 tsp Italian herbs, 250g ricotta cheese, 200g scamorza or smoked mozzarella, grated, 100g Parmesan, grated, 200g crème fraîche , ½ a bunch parsley, chopped, 100g double cream , 1 packet of fresh lasagne sheets, 50ml olive oil and 4 large eggs.
