Nisha Katona served up a tasty chicken rogan josh with naan bread and rice for a Friday night curry on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 ½ tbsp vegetable oil, 2 large white onions, medium diced, 5cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 6 garlic cloves, minced, 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves, 2 tbsp garam masala, 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 ½ tsp ground turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, 1 ½ tbsp paprika , 4 bay leaves, 800g chicken breast and thighs, cut into chunks, 2 medium potatoes, quartered, 400g tinned chopped tomatoes, 450ml water, 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp soft brown sugar, Backup jug of water, to loosen the dish and 1 handful coriander leaves, chopped.
