Amy Newsome showcased a tasty fig leaf panna cotta with heather honey on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 4 fig leaves, 200ml full fat milk, 700ml double (heavy) cream, 45g caster (superfine) sugar, 1 large strip of pared, lemon zest, 3 gelatine leaves (each about 7.5cm) and 1 tbsp heather honey.
