James Martin served up tasty pan fried squid with black beans and broccoli on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped, 2 tbsp ginger, peeled and chopped, 2 tbsp fermented beans, rinsed and crushed, 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 4 squid, cleaned and Spring onions sliced.
