John Whaite served up a tasty Korean beef bulgogi on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 2 x 225g sirloin steaks, finely sliced, 4tbsp light soy, 2tsp caster sugar, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced, 2 spring onions, finely chopped, ½ kiwi fruit, peeled and finely chopped, 1tbsp gochujang paste, optional, 1tbsp sesame oil, 250g sushi rice, 2tbsp sunflower oil, for frying and 1 onion, peeled and sliced.
To garnish: 1tbsp sesame seeds, 1 red chilli, finely sliced, optional and 2 spring onions, finely sliced.

Recipe for beef bulging I is fantastic, but it does not show method?? I think I could probably figure it out but it would be nice if the cooking was also shown.
