John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up pan-fried herb gnocchi with tomatoes, olives and rocket leaves on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 x 500g packet of gnocchi , 100ml olive oil , 20g butter , 1 red onion, finely sliced, 350g of cherry tomatoes, halved , 1 tbsp capers , 1 tin pitted olives, some halved and some kept whole , 1 tsp hot smoked paprika , Sea salt and black pepper , 1 bag of rocket , Parmesan cheese and 1 bunch of mixed herbs like parsley, dill or chives.
