James Golding served up tasty Hampshire lamb rump with asparagus and peas on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 2x trimmed lamb rump steaks, 1x bunch of asparagus, 1x cup peas, 1x cup Broad beans (podded), 1 x cup double cream, 50ml x veal jus or reduced stock, 1x bunch garden mint, Butter, Garden garnishes, Salt, Pepper and Rapeseed oil.
