John and Lisa served up tasty roasted leeks topped with creamy burrata and parmesan crumb on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 4 leeks, trimmed, Olive oil, 100ml white wine, Knob of butter, Salt and pepper, 50g Parmesan, grated, 50g breadcrumbs and Burrata.
