Phil Vickery served up a delicious pavlova with lemon cheesecake filling and mint topping on This Morning.

The ingredients for the meringue are: 4 medium egg whites (140g in weight) room temperature, pinch cream of tartar, 250g castor sugar, 3 tsp cornflour and 2 tsp white wine vinegar.

For the filling: 1 x 200g tub full fat soft cheese, 225g double cream, ½ 397g can chilled Carnation Condensed Milk and finely grated zest and juice of 3 lemons.

For the mint and lemon drizzle: 6 tbsp chopped fresh mint, finely grated zest and juice of 2 large lemons, White chocolate mini eggs, to decorate.
