James Martin served up delicious summer puddings with spun sugar and a strawberry and raspberry sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 8 thin slices white bread.
For the sauce: 400g strawberries, hulled and quartered and 200g raspberries.
For the filling: 100g blueberries, 100g blackberries, 75g raspberries and 100g strawberries, hulled and chopped.
To serve: clotted cream, mint sprigs, spun sugar, extra berries and icing sugar.
