Chris Baber served up a tasty tandoori-style salmon wraps on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 2 salmon fillets, 2 naan breads, shop bought and ¼ lemon, juiced.
For the marinade: 2tbsp Greek yoghurt, 1 heaped tsp medium curry powder, ¼ lemon, juiced, 1tsp honey and Pinch of salt.
For the salad: 2 tomatoes, finely diced, 1 small red onion, peeled and finely sliced, 1 small bunch of coriander, finely chopped and Pinch of salt.
For the sauce: 2tbsp Greek yoghurt and 2tsp mint sauce.
