Rosemary Shrager served up a tasty smoked haddock and leek gratin on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 800g smoked haddock, un-dyed, 500ml full-fat whole milk, 60g unsalted butter, 450g leek, 50g unsalted butter, 70g plain flour, Salt and white pepper, Pinch of cayenne pepper, 100ml double cream and 200g cheddar cheese, finely grated.
To serve: Seasonal greens.
