Sabrina Ghayour served up a tasty meatball and mushroom stroganoff on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
the ingredients are: 500g minced beef, 250g chestnut mushrooms, quartered, 2tbsp vegetable, olive or garlic oil, 1 large onion, peeled and finely chopped, 1tbsp paprika, 1 heaped tsp garlic granules, 300ml single cream, Maldon sea salt flakes and freshly ground pepper.
To serve: Small handful of chives, finely chopped and French fries, or mashed potato or buttered tagliatelle.
