Jamie Oliver served up tasty crispy pork noodles with mince pork, homemade noodles, broccoli, roasted peanuts, sticky ginger and garlic on Jamie’s £1 Wonders.
The ingredients are: olive oil, 1 bulb of garlic, 4 cm piece of ginger, 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, red wine vinegar, 250 g minced pork, 500 g plain flour , plus extra for dusting, 1 head of broccoli (375g), 1 small red onion, 1 tablespoon runny honey and 30 g salted roasted peanuts.
