James Martin served up tasty Cod with cauliflower puree, vanilla pod and curry butter on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 200g cod darnes, 50g butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper, 1 vanilla pod, sliced in ½, 200g cauliflower florets and leaves.

For the purée: ½ a cauliflower, pinch of curry powder, milk, to cover, 50ml double cream, salt and pepper.
