James Martin served up a tasty BBQ Glazed Bacon with Remoulade a Apple and Celeriac Salad on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 300g bacon piece, 1 onion, 1 bay leaf, a few peppercorns and water, for poaching.
For the glaze: 75ml ketchup, 1 tbsp soy, 50ml maple syrup and 50g soft brown sugar.
For the salad: ¼ celeriac, peeled and julienned, 1 apple, julienned, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp grain mustard, salt and pepper.
