Mike Reid served up a tasty beef Milanese with a fried egg on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 150g beef rump, tenderised, 50g plain flour, seasoned with salt and pepper, 1 egg, beaten, 5ml milk, 75g breadcrumbs, 20g butter and 10ml vegetable oil.
To serve: 1 egg, fried, 25g rocket and 5g parmesan, shaved.
