Dr Amir Khan showcased Mama Khan’s immune boosting drink with turmeric ginger and cinnamon on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: glass of milk, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of ground ginger, Pinch of black pepper and honey (opional).
