Jamie Oliver served up tasty energy-saving roast chicken thighs with potatoes, carrots, cranberry sauce, English mustard and homemade gravy on Jamie’s £1 Wonders.
The ingredients are: 3 onions, 1 rasher of smoked back bacon, olive oil, 6 chicken thighs , skin on, bone in, 7 carrots, 1.2 kg potatoes, 2 teaspoons dried sage, 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce, 3 teaspoons English mustard, 3 slices of stale white bread (150g), 1 sweetheart cabbage, 1 heaped tablespoon plain flour and 480 g frozen peas.
