James Martin served up a tasty homemade mayonnaise with blood orange and pan fried salmon in a Mayonnaise Masterclass on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the base mayo: 2 egg yolks, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 300ml vegetable oil, 1 tsp vinegar.
For the salmon: 2 x 200g salmon fillets, 25g butter and 15ml vegetable oil.
For the blood orange mayo: 100ml mayo see above, 2 blood oranges, 1 juiced, 1 sliced and Salt and pepper.
