Dean Edwards served up a tasty slow cooked buffalo chicken mac and cheese with evaporated milk on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 4 small boneless and skinless chicken thighs, diced, 1 small onion, peeled and finely diced, 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced, 150ml buffalo sauce, 1 x 410g tin evaporated milk, 500ml whole milk, 250g dried macaroni pasta, 120g cheddar cheese, grated and 120g mozzarella cheese, grated.
To serve: 2tbsp fresh chives, chopped.
