James Martin served up a delicious Rhubarb Custard Tart with Whisky, ginger and Orange on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 225g plain flour, 125g butter, diced and 1 egg yolk.
For the custard: 400ml whipping cream, 1 x 5cm ginger, diced, 1 tsp dried ginger, 8 egg yolks, 60g caster sugar and eggs for egg wash.
To top: 8 sticks rhubarb, 1 orange, juice and zest and 15ml whisky.
