The Hebridean Baker (Coinneach MacLeod), served up a delicious hot toddy bundt cake with whiskey, honey and lemon on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 225g butter, 225g caster sugar, 4 eggs, 225g self-raising flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp honey and 1 lemon, zested.

For the icing: 200g icing sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp whisky.
